Beyonce paid tribute to late rapper Shawty Lo by dancing to one of his songs at her show in his hometown last night (September 26).
Shawty Lo, real name Carlos Walker, was killed in a car crash when his car went through a guard rail in Georgia last Wednesday (September 21). The 40-year-old founded D4L Records, a subsiduary of 50 Cent's G-Unit label, and had hits including 'Dey Know' and 'Foolish'.
Beyonce was performing at Georgia Dome in Lo's hometown of Atlanta when 'Dey Know' was played. She danced to the track, before resuming her own show.

Following Lo's death, D4L Records has released a posthumous video of his song 'Put Some Respek On It'. Lo had previously worked with Lil Wayne, The-Dream, Ludacris, Gucci Mane, Young Scooter and Wale.
Beyonce is now two weeks into the second leg of her 'Formation' tour for her 'Lemonade' album. The tour resumes on Thursday at Philadelphia's Lincoln Financial Field, with the final date due on October 7 at New Jersey Metlife Stadium.
Her show in Atlanta saw many of the city's musicians in attendance, with her support act DJ Khaled taking selfies with Young Thug, TI, Ludacris, The-Dream and Migos. Ironically, TI had a long-running feud with Shawty Lo sparked by Lo's diss track 'Dunn Dunn'. The beef ended when the pair appeared together at TI's gig in Atlanta in 2009, and the pair later said their rows had been exaggerated by the media.
